Earth Day Party Inspiration

I wanted to get in one more Earth Day post (see my succulent planter DIY) since all next week is devoted to The Party Hop. Earth Day is next Tuesday and communities everywhere will be taking action to protect the planet we call home. Every day should be Earth Day and taking steps to do a little reducing, reusing and recycling should be part of all our lives. If you are looking for clever ways to celebrate and bring awareness, here are a few of my favorite ideas.

Kendra’s daughter’s birthday falls on Earth Day so she hosted a super cute birthday party with lots of green ideas for decor and crafts like magazine butterflies and Capri Sun pouches.

Make a fun tissue fringe runner with Confetti Sunshine that can be reused at other parties and events.

Celebrate nature’s bounty with healthy fruit tacos from She Knows.

Seriously, I am in awe of these houseplant cupcakes from Alana Jones-Mann.  Serve them at the party or send them home as favors.
