Happy Mother’s Day to all my fellow mamas! Here’s a Toast To Mom from 101 Champagne Cocktails via Moët & Chandon; recipe serves one.
Moët & Chandon’s Nectar Impérial
1 sugar cube
angostura bitters
garnish: lemon or orange twist
1. Soak the sugar cube in the bitters then drop into a champagne flute; top with the Nectar Impérial.
2. Garnish a lemon or orange twist.
