Be Inspired By: Surprise Inside St. Patrick’s Day Cupcakes

I’m not a big fan of Lucky Charms, the texture of the marshmallows when I eat them gives me goosebumps. That doesn’t mean I won’t make goodies with them, they are just too cute.

That is why I love these Surprise Inside St. Patrick’s Day Cupcakes by Betty Crocker. The pastel colors are so fun and perfect party palette inspiration for this week.  I know, they are on the head for traditional Easter colors…but I’m going to share soon a twist on that too!
