Arugula Citrus Salad

A girl’s gotta eat…or you gotta feed other people. Or entertain and feed people. Even with my food, I need my recipes to be easy and simple, not requiring a lot of different tools or contain words like ‘julienne’ or ‘macerate’, which means to soak in a flavored liquid, BTW.
