National Doughnut Day Coloring Page
National Doughnut Day is this Friday and to celebrateโฆbecause you all know I love doughnutsโฆI’m bringing new fun every day this week! Be sure and check out days 1, and 2.
I have been a little obsessed with fruit crafts lately. This year’s doughnut week is no exception. I created a coloring page featuring fruit-shaped doughnuts. In fact, Friday’s post will take my fruit and doughnuts love to the next level.

It may be an understatement, but it is safe to say that coloring pages are all the rage. This year’s National Doughnut Week celebration brings my first coloring page download!
Break out your crayons, colored pencils, or fanciest markers for a little quiet time. Remember when you were little and received a new box of crayons or coloring book? You couldn’t wait to get to your desk or the kitchen table, pour out the crayons and get to work.

I have to admit, I am not a sit-down and color fan. Although, I tried and purchased a coloring book but could not spend the money on the fancy markers that will not be named. Sitting and being patient for that long made me feel squirrely.
Purchasing a color-by-sticker book was even worse. Having to find corresponding stickers and line them up on the page? Not my cup of tea.

On the other hand, going through our current stay-at-home order has taught me something. Life will throw serious curveballs and making the time to TAKE time out is crucial.
Plus, I have a lot of time on my hands to discover and rediscover. Who knew coloring would be so soothing?
