Never fear my crafty ones…I’m loving this tutorial from Eighteen25! Although it calls for growing grass seeds (you could do this for an end-of-the-year gift, instead), you can replace with a small piece of grass flat, or package it together as a gift set with dirt and the grass seed package.Check out the full post for details and free tag download.
