It’s Movember, which means men around the world will be sporting facial hair for the next month to raise awareness for men’s health. You know guys, they never want to talk about how and when to take care of themselves. But they need to.

According to the Movember Foundation, in the US, one in six men will be diagnosed with prostate cancer in their lifetime making it the most frequently diagnosed cancer in men after skin cancer. In 2013, over 238,000 new cases of the disease will be diagnosed and almost 30,000 men will die of prostate cancer in the US alone. 7,920 new cases of testicular cancer are expected to be diagnosed in 2013. If detected and treated early, both cancers have an extremely high success rate.

But it doesn’t have to be all gloom and doom…celebrate with your own Mo Party and get those ‘staches a-wiggling!
