Fruit Smoothie Recipe (makes 2 servings):
1 cup of your choice of fresh or frozen fruit (we used frozen pineapples, strawberries, peaches, mango)
1 cup of milk
1/2 cup of your choice of yogurt (we used vanilla)
1. Add all ingredients to your blender, blend well and enjoy!
2. If it is a little too thick for your liking, blend in more milk.
With more time on your hands, you can enjoy your morning watching teens and tweens inhale pancake wraps and smoothies. Trust me, it is not a pretty sight.
