Fiesta Friday/Real Party – Santa’s Mustache Bash

Grab a cup of joe, because we are wading into the wonder, the crazy that was my Santa’s Mustache Bash, a Girls’ Night Out Cocktail Party. I wasn’t going to do a big Christmas party this year, but when inspiration strikes, you cannot get out of the way. It was because of these white chocolate mustache pops I made for a certain tablescape competition

…I knew what I had to do. If you remember, the invitation. And then everything else fell into place.

My Mod Christmas trees turned out just the way I wanted them and worked perfectly!

A few treats I found recipes for at The Hostess BlogSanta's Mustache Bash 2010 2
Guests took home mustache soaps I made myself with the mustache pop mold, and packaged in clear acetate boxes and tied with bakers’ twine, they were so much fun!
A few mustache-inducing drinks…Naughty ‘Nog and Milk Martinis…just milk to balance out the naughty.

The requisite craft, making holiday plates; I’ve done this idea before and figure I’d ‘craft it forward’

This is why one should never drink and craft…

Funess on a stick; I made mustaches from fun fur, backed with cardstock, on top of grey striped paper straws, and the girls loved them. In fact, a little silliness was captured after I left to go get the babysitter so we could continue our girls’ night out at the casino…

We’ll just say that these are some of the most appropriate pictures I could show since the others involved my poor gold deer and the nutcracker.

Thank you ladies for another amazing time, and see you again next holiday!
