Drink of the Week – Spiced Peach Cobbler
With my upcoming martini party, I’ve been spending alot of time at the Stirrings website, and came across this gem, which sounds perfect for an Easter Sunday brunch.
1 part Stirrings Peach Bellini mixer
1 part Smirnoff vanilla vodka
dollop of honey
2 splashes of Silk vanilla soy milk
2 dashes ground cinnamon
1. Mix ingredients in a shaker with ice until frothy.
2. Strain into a martini glass, and garnish with a dash of cinnamon.
