Drink of the Week – Inauguration Cocktail Idea
One of the most historical inaugurations is coming up fast, so don’t let D.C. be the only happenin’ party! Get things off right with the classic Stars and Stripes, courtesy of Barnonedrinks.com
Ingredients
1/3 oz. grenadine
1/3 oz. blue Curaçao
1/3 oz. heavy cream
Layer ingredients carefully, in order given, so each ingredient floats on the preceding one. Slowly pour alcohol along long stemmed cocktail spoon or stirrer, and be sure it is touching the side of glass. It may take a while to perfect, but isn’t drinking your mistakes half the fun?
