Last yearโ€™sย Whatโ€™s In My Easter Basket seriesย was so popular, Iโ€™m bringing it back again!

Easter baskets are not just for kids! Every day this week will bring lots of fun ideas that think outside the basket.  First, it was Spa Day Edition, then Black Girl Magic, Basic Brunch, and Sweet Tooth! Today we wrap up this year’s edition with a shoutout to my backyard, Seattle and PNW (Pacific Northwest}. We are more than just coffee and the Seahawks…

What's In My Easter Basket? Seattle/PNW Edition

I love the idea of a grown-up Easter basket. Here are a few ideas to inspire your own:

Who says your Easter basket has to actually be a basket?  I love this Chalo luggage tag tote bag from Simply Seattle.

  • Let’s start with Estrella’s all-natural bar soap is handmade in small batches.
  • Chateau Ste. Michelle is Washington State’s oldest winery; I love that I can visit their Woodinville home for an amazing day of wine drinking. Their Papaya Jasmine White Blend makes a lovely Easter addition.
  • From the gorgeous San Juan Islands, Salt’s San Juan Island Honey.
  • Sasquatch Books publishes books by the most gifted writers, artists, chefs, naturalists, and thought leaders in the Pacific Northwest and on the West Coast. Local fave Trophy Cupcakes’ party book lives on my bookshelf.
  •  This 100% cotton tea towel from Pacific Northwest Shop features artwork from Native artist Anthony. The salmon symbolizes regeneration, self-sacrifice, perseverance, and dedication and honored and celebrated by all North Coast Native people.
  • Seattle adventure playing cards from Simply Seattle.
  • The ever-illusive Pineapple Cream (chick) and cult classic Grape (bunny) are together again for a limited edition run, as Jones Soda intended.
  •  $3 from the sale of every glassybaby hand-blown glass candle holder is donated to the glassybaby foundation to provide hope and healing to people, animals, and the planet.
  • Seattle Chocolate works with independent artists to create whimsical, one-of-a-kind packaging.
  • Rounding out our Seattle edition, Beecher’s Handmade Cheese. Ah Beecher’s…you have not lived until you’ve had their Mac and Cheese. It made Oprah’s Ultimate Favorite Things list, and Oprah is never wrong. A gift of cheese is a must for any holiday spread.

I hope you have been inspired on our week-long adventure of grown-up Easter basket ideas. Be sure and check out last yearโ€™s ideas.
