What’s In My Easter Basket? Basic Brunch Edition

Last year’s What’s In My Easter Basket series was so popular, I’m bringing it back again!
Easter baskets are not just for kids! Every day this week will bring lots of fun ideas that think outside the basket. Monday was Spa Day Edition, yesterday was Black Girl Magic, and today is the Basic Brunch Edition! You know I love brunch, so it had to be done.
I love the idea of a grown-up Easter basket. Here are a few ideas to inspire your own:
Who says your Easter basket has to actually be a basket? I was finally able to get my hands on this retro basket jelly bag from Shop Sweet Lulu.
- Is it even Easter if there isn’t some type of lemon pastry? Gluten-free lemon quickbread mix from Williams Sonoma.
- Chocolate is a must, like German chocolate ladybugs, also from Williams Sonoma, or Trader Joe’s dark chocolate almonds on Amazon.
- Stonewall’s is literally my jam; I love to use their products for entertaining. Pairing their classic fig jam with cheese and crackers is always a brunch win.
- Do you have the meats? World Market’s Columbus Charcuterie Sampler makes rounding out your snack tray so easy. It is a foursome of Calabrese, Italian Dry Salami, Genoa Salami, and Sopressata.
- Oh Happy Day Shop‘s acrylic embossed tumblers.
- I am a sucker for anything in a swing-top bottle; sparkling strawberry basil French soda from World Market.
- Crate & Barrel always has the most fun when it comes to the holidays. For instance, they suggest (and I’m here for it!) to split up their Easter bunny dish towels set. As a sweet gift for an Easter or spring brunch host, wrap one around a bottle of bubbly, another around a bottle of orange juice—and keep the third one for yourself.
- Have fewer dishes to wash with another score from Oh Happy Day Shop with their colorful assortment of small and large paper plates.
