Ingredients

  • 2 oz gin
  • 1 oz elderflower liqueur
  • 6 oz ginger beer I recommend Fever Tree
  • 1 splash sweetened lime juice I recommend Rose's Sweetened Lime Juice

Instructions

  1. Combine gin, elderflower liqueur, and lime juice to an ice-filled shaker

  2. Pour into a martini glass

  3. Add rose shaped ice cube to the glass

  4. Top off with ginger beer, pouring slowly down the inside of the glass

 Use a silicone rose mold to make floral ice cubes
